AYC has reconnected with Youth Outreach and we hosted a fun and dynamic yoga class on 15/11!

Yoga is a good way to raise youngsters’ awareness physically and mentally. Regular practice helps to boost their motivation and determination in study and work. This class also offered an opportunity and a safe environment for young people to gather with their friends, at the same time to share positive energy. It was a first time yoga experience for most of them. They found it challenging while enjoying a lot! They showed interest in yoga and raised many questions after the session. We are happy for the outcome and looking forward to collaborating more in the future to share the benefits of yoga to the youngsters. AYC 與 Youth Outreach 在 15/11 舉辦了一個有趣而充滿活力的瑜伽體驗課! 瑜伽是提高青少年身心意識的好方法。 定期練習有助於提高他們在學習和工作中的動力和決心。 這裡也為年輕人提供了一個機會和一個安全的環境,讓他們與朋友在瑜伽課堂中聚會,同時分享正能量。 大部份同學也是第一次體驗瑜伽。 他們發現原來瑜伽很好玩而且具有挑戰性! 體驗堂後他們均表示對瑜伽產生了濃厚嘅興趣亦會非常鼓勵同分享比其他朋友參加。 AYC 與 Youth Outreach 期待在未來有更多的合作,將瑜伽的好處分享給年輕人。
