On 30th September,  we initiated a new yoga project at Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society where yoga is introduced to seniors. We had over 15 students aged from 60 to above 90. Master Yogananth gave a introduction to the benefits of yoga and explained how yoga can be practiced at any age and how it help arthritis, limited mobility, or other health issues, AYC volunteer Coordinator Louise and Volunteer teachers M/s Angela, Vivian and Edward Wah gor assisted the seniors with great care.

Various gentle yoga poses that can be done seated on a chair and simple breathing techniques were taught to them which they really loved it.
