Free Online Yogic Breathing and Meditation Session

Andiappan Yoga Community is a registered Not for profit organization offering free yoga therapy sessions to the financially underprivileged and Medically Underserved. We are offering regular Destress Yoga and Meditation Session to support and guidance during this unprecedented situation.

Yoga is the best natural healing therapy for various physical and mental conditions arising from such situations. Calm your mind and balance your emotions. These classes are taught by highly experienced and qualified Yoga Masters.

Free Online Yogic Breathing and Meditation Session

Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Every week)
12 – 12.30 pm – Pranayama and Meditation

Tuesday and Thursday (Every week)
5 – 5.30 pm – Destress Yoga

Please note that the schedule for all the classes is in GMT + 8 (Hong Kong Time). All the classes will be taught in English Language.
