Originally from the US, Tina found her passion in yoga while living overseas. With a background in education and 800 hours of certification in yoga teacher training, she loves sharing yoga with people of all ages, from kids to adults. She believes yoga is a personal journey in which one can learn how to maximize their strengths, overcome limitations, and use the breath to find peace and happiness. Yoga has truly changed Tina’s life in such a positive way that she is eager to help others begin their yoga journey. In her free time, Tina enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time out in nature, and learning about holistic health and sustainability.
