Ceci Lee began practicing yoga in 2009 and discovered it was good for improving her strength and flexibility.
Ceci is fortunate to have studied with a variety of yoga masters, learning a wide range of yoga styles from many different teachers — including traditional yoga from authentic Indian yoga teachers. Their enthusiasm inspired her to deepen her yoga practice. In March 2014, Ceci attended Anahata Yoga’s teacher training programme in Central, Hong Kong.
After graduating from the programme, Ceci joined Andiappan Yoga Community to become a volunteer teacher. She currently teaches yoga to housewives from low income families at Tai Kok Tsui Jockey Club Integrated Services Centre. Ceci is happy to share the knowledge and benefits of yoga with others, so that they may enjoy a healthier lifestyle and a more balanced mind.
