I’m Denise from Hong Kong. I’ve finished my 200YTT at Anahata Yoga in August. I can’t say i’m a regular yogi that do yoga everyday, but I try my best to squeeze in a class in my week. I mostly practise Hatha Yoga and Detox Yoga, I like the flow of sun salutations and a lot of twisting poses which relieve my lower back pain and let my mind relax. I hope being a part of the yoga community would give me more experience in teaching and share with the group of people whom are also passionate about Yoga in everyday life
