Yoga is part of my life. The reasons for me to start yoga are to kill my shoulder pain and insomnia. I bet it’s common problems for people working in Hong Kong. Once I started yoga in 2011, and I am hooked. Besides my shoulder pain and insomnia are greatly improve, I learnt how to become a better person.
On 2015, I attended 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training to advance my yoga physically and mentally. After this training, I am now able to share yoga with my family and friends, according to their body condition and desire.
In future, I will keep self-practice and will share my yoga with other. Sharing other help me to know more and learn more. I have no reason to stop.
