Wing Yu was inspired by Yoga practice since 2013 that she first started Yoga as a form of muscle relaxing to release her back pain caused by scoliosis. Wing has accomplished the 500 Hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance of Master Yogananth Andiappan and accredited by Asana Andiappan College of Yoga and Research Centre, India & Yoga Alliance, USA. Her class is a combination of dynamic movement and relaxing stretching/breathing exercise – heating your body and calming your soul. Come practice with Wing and let\'s explore the beauty of Yoga together!
