Exercise has always been part of Eva’s life. She’s passionate about running, hiking, boxing. Her yoga journal started May 2015 in Anahata Yoga Studio in Hong Kong. She immediately noticed a physical and mental change. As she began to feel transformation yoga had in her life, she felt inspired to share the gift of yoga with others.Eva completed the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training 300 hours Yoga therapy and 300 hours Advance TT. She also specialised in Holistic massage a relaxation technique to bring harmony and healing to body/mind/spirit.
