I started experimenting with yoga in the year of 2002 as an alternative form of exercise to loose weight. I immediately noticed the balance yoga brought to my body, mind and soul. With the help of yoga I am able to control the imbalance in my mind and body. I practice yoga to improve my posture, balance but also to calm my mind, manage stress and anxiety.I would like to share my passion and knowledge and influence people to practice regularly. I would like to make people aware of the benefits that yoga can bring to oneself.
