I have been learning yoga since 2012. In the beginning, I went for yoga class as an exercise only. I did not have regular practice and just went to class on and off for 3 year. Luckily in early 2015, I met a teacher that made me release how relaxed I was after a yoga class. I could feel so much positive energy after doing yoga. From then, I started to have regular practice and decided to deepen my understanding in yoga. I started my Yoga teacher training in Nov 2015. I have finished my teacher training now and hope to spread this positive energy through yoga teaching.
