I started practicing yoga about 5 years ago, but only decided to go deeper into the practice, two years ago. I decided to take my Teacher Training in Hong Kong in 2016.
My background is in dance (classical and contemporary), and I went on to teaching dance to children too. Discovering the healing and strengthening benefits of yoga, I soon began a passion to be able to share this with others too- just like how I wanted to teach dance before. I decided to take my teacher training so I can share this passion with others, and also to be able to know more about the practice and improve myself as well.
I have now graduated from the 200hrs teacher training, ready to explore teaching yoga to others.
