To Emily, Yoga is a philosophy of life.
Through the constant asana practice, she learns to get along with and communicate within herself. She discovers more and more about herself along this yoga journey. She reckons that the self-acceptance and self-love are the biggest gifts she can bring away from the mat to the other areas of life.
That’s where she wants to give back to yoga by extending its mindfulness and goodness to everyone who needs it.
