My name is Alice Siu. I attended my first yoga class in 2008 out of curiosity and very quickly joined a membership to try different types of yoga classes. After a while I noticed that by practicing yoga regularly, my health condition had improved. The frequency of doctor’s visit reduced from once a month to once a year. In addition, my bad temper was also improved. Yoga has not only helped me strengthen my physical body but also harmonise my mental state while I find joy and relax.
To deepen the yoga knowledge, I had the opportunity to take her first 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2014 and became a part-time teacher. The course has guided the spiritual path development in my journey, bringing yoga to life and living at the present moment. I continuously attend yoga teacher training (Completed 300-hr Yoga Therapy TT at Anahata Yoga in 2017 & Advanced Hatha Yoga TT Level 1-3 in 2017 to 2018), workshops, retreats to increase my knowledge in different areas. My aims are to inspire others, share what I know with the community, make yoga accessible to people.
