I have been practising yoga for over 10 years as a way to destress and strengthen my muscles. I wanted to take this hobby to another level and completed 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training at Anahata in November 2016. I was genuinely inspired by all the masters who shared their experiences in yoga. I would like to continue my yoga journey by sharing and learning from others.
