Dina first discovered Yoga whilst undergoing her Bachelors Degree in Australia. After her first class, she felt refreshed, energized and overall great. She had to go back for more! Fast forward 14 years, a mother of 2 kids now while living in Hong Kong, her love for yoga grew into a passion she was keen to share with others. She has completed the 200hrs YTT with Anahata Yoga, HK and would love to share the benefits Yoga can bring to your overall well-being and health.
