Lillian started her yoga practice in 2010.  She has completed 200 hours yoga teacher training at Anahata Yoga with Master Yogananth Andiappan, Hong Kong.  ‘For me yoga transformed into a lifelong journey of learning, openness and sharing. It is a way to find calmness in mind, strength in body and a place we can come back to when we have lost our way.  I want to share this wonderful experience with others to enhance their health, well-being and happiness.’
