Stephanie first tried yoga in 2006, but she dropped out after a few months as she felt yoga is boring and a pain to her tight body. Not until Nov 2015, she reached yoga again to heal her shoulders and soon fell in love this time. From hate to move to love to move. She then realized a teacher quality is important, not about the asanas the teacher could do, but the inspiration and peace a teacher could bring to a student. She became more and more curious and completed the YTT200 at Anahata Yoga in Mar, 2017.
Yoga has taught her so many things, and she\'d like to spread the love and wisdom to others.
