I started yoga 3 years ago as a gentle physical exercise. The more I practice, the more I enjoy it. It helps me to be aware of my body, keep me energized all day and most importantly, it makes me feel peaceful and zen inside. By volunteering, I hope to help others to learn about themselves through yoga.
