Born and raised in Hong Kong, Amy earned her degrees in English Language Studies and Education and started working as teacher after graduation. She first discovered yoga in 2012 and quickly became a dedicated yoga practitioner. The importance of self-discipline and correct alignments has made her realize how one can become healthy, confident and happy through persistent practice of yoga. Since then, these transformations have given her a clearer perspective and renewed determination when dealing with different challenges in life. After completing formal yoga teacher training in 2017 with Anahata Yoga Centre. Not only has the teachers imparted deep knowledge of yoga and its teaching techniques to her, the creative approach has also inspired her to make the impossible possible. Amy started teaching yoga as a part time instructor, with a desire to share the joy and beauty of yoga with others. She teaches Hatha and Yin. Amy’s classes are dynamic, energetic and fun. Seeing her students having fun in her class is what keeps her coming back to share more.
