It’s so true. I have no doubts about the benefits of yoga, which makes me physically and mentally healthier.
I started my yoga journey about 10 years ago, in which I attempted to recover from insomnia. I have been practicing yoga regularly and I would like to enrich my understanding and knowledge of Yoga. I joined 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training starting from July 2017 at Anahata Yoga Hong Kong. Aspiring to become a yoga teacher someday, I am attending two teacher training courses regarding Kids Yoga and Advanced Hatha Yoga to achieve this goal.
