Michelle has completed 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training  and 300hrs Advanced Hatha Yoga YTT Level 1-3 at Anahata Yoga Hong Kong. 『 I started practicing yoga since 2010 for pursuing a healthy body. And eventually I realized yoga brings me not only the healthy body but also a simple life style, a peaceful mind and changed me into a better person. 』
