Yoga has been a passion for me since my childhood. My friend and I decided to teach the art and spread the wellness to other and so we took up the teacher training course in Andiappan School of yoga in Chennai. I completed RYT 200 Advanced Hatha Teacher Training course and tutoring for small groups.
I like to inculcate the students to find their own path through their practice in whatever form it takes and help them come into a natural balance of health and wellness.
Offer creative flows with a focus on mindfulness rather than intensive practice. We avoid pushing the body too much during session or putting stress on to the nervous system (because we believe that intensive poses comes automatically with everyday practice).
