As a long time yoga enthusiast, I have always enjoyed the calmness after yoga practice. I started practicing yoga in 2005 when I was working in an investment bank. And since then, yoga has been a good shelter for me after long hours and stressful work to relax my mind and body.
In Jan 2018, I finally had the chance to take yoga teacher training (YTT) at Anahata Yoga in HK and so far I have done 200 hours of YTT and 100 hours of Advanced Hatha Yoga. I am also working on another 300 hours of YTT on Yoga Therapy.
Would like to share my passions and love for yoga with those who are interested to experience the various benefits of yoga.
