I started practicing yoga in group classes at a reputable gym about four years ago. It was really challenging at first and I got so tired and sore after each class. Thanks to my yoga teacher there, I persisted and yoga has now become the single most important passion in my life. Since starting, I have been practicing yoga almost every day except when I was travelling. I am determined to continue to improve on my yoga practice and have therefore enrolled in the Teacher Training Course at Anahata Yoga. The training course has not only increased my understanding of yoga and made me a better yoga practitioner, but also made me more wanting to share the joy and benefits of yoga with other people. It is for this reason that I have decided to join the Andiappan Yoga Community and help more people experience yoga and enjoy its very many benefits.
