When I started yoga, I immediately felt the mental and physical benefits of this practice. I have completed 250 hours of teacher's training diploma in yoga with Yoga Kalari Singapore and Kaivalyadhama Lonavla, India in 2016. When I arrived in Hong Kong in 2016, I felt I needed time to absorb what I had learned during the teacher training and took time to practice more with Anahata. Then in 2018, I started the 300 hours Yoga Therapy Teacher Training at Anahata yoga and completed it in February 2019. My practice has evolved over the years and yoga is definitely a never-ending journey of self-discovery, learning, sharing and caring.
