I used to suffer from depression and decided to pick up yoga 1 year ago. With regular practice, I notice the benefits physically and mentally and I believe yoga completely changed my life. I decided to share my experience to people around me and help people who are in similar situations as I was. I completed 200 Hours Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in November, 2018 in Anahata Yoga. I can't wait to make a positive impact in the community and spread joy and energy.
