I started doing yoga in 2016, the year I was studying in the UK, mainly seeking for the physical benefits to my body, I wasn't paying much attention to the benefits regarding my mental health. My yoga journey truly began when I moved back to Hong Kong in 2017, being homeschooled and having more time to explore. I started working on my mental health and wanting to know more about yoga in both sides, physically and mentally. I have completed the 200hr YTT Course in Anahata Yoga and hoping to learn more through teaching.
