Tee discovered yoga during rehabilitation from a serious sports injury in 2013 and he has not looked back since. Yoga and meditation are cornerstones of Tee\'s daily life. After completing the 200-Hour YTT in 2018, Tee has been sharing his practice and passion of yoga through teaching privately around Hong Kong and young adults in schools. Tee has found his teaching experience to be most meaning when he can allow others to see the benefits that yoga has given him. Now looking to progress further in his teaching and practice, Tee is undertaking the Advanced Hatha YTT Level 1 and 2.
