I love sports and have always done lots of running, diving, Muay Thai and horse riding. I was working as Auditor for over 16 years, until 2019 when I felt that it was time to change my life and no longer sit in an office anymore. I started the yoga teacher training, and yoga has become an integral part of my life. I am practicing at least 2 to 3 hours per day.
By now, I have accomplished the 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Certificate Course under the guidance of Master Yogananth Andiappan, and I am now doing the 300 Hours Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training.
