From the moment I first stepped onto the yoga mat 3 years ago, I fell in love with it. Initially, I only wanted to get the physical benefits as yoga is an excellent way to gain flexibility and strength. Yet, as time goes by, I have learnt that yoga is more than an exercise, it is a way of life. It teaches us to be aware of the present moment. Yoga has given me a peace of mind and inner strength, which is much-needed in this ever-changing world.
