I started practising daily in 2016 and saw amazing changes in my body and mind. I did 200 hours of basic yoga YTT at Anahata in Hong Kong and 200 hours of yoga therapy YTT at Asana Andiappan College of Yoga & Research Centre in Chennai, India, which deepened my understanding of the theoretical aspect of yoga, as well as anatomy and ayurveda on top of the asanas, pranayama and meditation practices. I look forward to sharing the benefits of yoga with fellow yogis and in turn learning from them.
