With the initial goal of wanting to gain flexibility to aid her ballet training, Vivian stepped into her first yoga class a month before she graduated high school. The feeling of lightness she felt in both her body and mind sparked a new interest and passion and she was determined to learn more. In late 2019 after a few months of consistent daily practice, she enrolled in the 200 hour YTT course. She practices many styles of yoga including hatha, vinyasa and hot yoga, and has experience with the 26+2 hot sequence. Her goal is to share her love for the practice, as well as the benefits of yoga to all people, showing them all the potential they hold within themselves.
