With both her grandfathers being Chinese acupuncturist and Chinese doctor, Ming is brought up under a very traditional “healing” family and mentality. Thus, she devoted to health through exercise since young.
Ming started practicing Yoga at Anahata Yoga Center since 2012 , mainly to alleviate and to heal her old injuries from sports and prolonged piano practice routines. She accomplished 300 Hours Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 under the guidance of Master Yogananth Andiappan right after her return from Germany where she had her jazz music education. It was a big inspiration and she is passionate to share what she learns through out the on going yoga journey.
