Jing is from Melbourne, Australia. Jing started proper yogi practices after completing her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training Course with Anahata Yoga Hong Kong. Under the guidance of her yogi Masters, the course provided Jing with the ability to independently pursue foundational yoga practices focused on calming the mind and relaxing the body. In particular, meditation, pranayama and gentle asanas. Jing is currently exploring Bikram yoga. Jing believes yoga is for everybody and it is a great way to find inner peace. Namaste!
