Helen started her regular yoga practice in 2018 and completed her 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training in 2020. She treasures individuality and celebrates diversity. She believes that physical health and mental health are inseparable. She has gained perseverance and resilience over the years of practice and would love to share yoga with everyone. Apart from a yoga teacher, she is also a special educational needs specialist, a teacher, a counsellor and a cat lover.
