I started my yoga journey in 2015 when I realised the need to correct my posture and ease my tension arising from the prolonged working hours in office. Through regular practices, though not intensive, I found myself improving in both muscle strength and flexibility. Such progression made me more curious about the relationship between our body structure and the postures, which I would like to share more with people around me. This motivated me to enrol in the 200-hour yoga teacher training programme organised by Anahata Yoga in 2020 after almost 5 years of practice. Apart from the knowledge about anatomy or postures, I felt more thrilled to have understood more about the principles and philosophy behind yoga, it is all about your self-awareness and self-being, be good and no need to compare with others. I would like to spread this out through yoga practices with everyone, may everyone be healthy and happy.
