Yoga teaches us to live harmoniously through the union of our mind, body and soul, as well as our surrounding. I am fortunate to have encountered the practice of asana at a young age and have recently completed the yoga teacher training in 2020. I believe it is through connectedness that we will continue to grow, not only to our self but to others as well. I hope to continue learning by sharing this practice and supporting others in their journey.
