I began practicing yoga in 2013 and instantly recognised the countless physical and healing benefits yoga has to offer. Amazed by how yoga has transformed various aspects of my life, I looked for ways to deepen my practice while having a crazy and hectic job in the financial service industry. In 2021, I finally decided to take a 200-hr teacher training course at Anahata Yoga in Hong Kong as I want to share the joy of yoga with other people.
I create a fun and positive environment for my students to discover their power within them. I offer creative sequences with intentional themes, emphasising the importance of proper alignment and the balance between strength and flexibility.
