I saw a friend's post on FB and it inspired me to start practising yoga. This was around 8 years ago.
The more I practised, the more I love it as I come to understand it, seeing the progress and the benefits and changes that I experience because of it, both physically and mentally.
I'm happy to have completed the YTT foundation course at Anahata Yoga in Set 21. Now I am looking forward to sharing some of the knowledge with friends and continuing practising for my own yoga journey. Being able to join as a volunteer will be a bonus.
