I met some of the students from QEH. I have noticed that they have made big progress. Most of the students balanced well, could do tree pose without support. One of the students who suffers from sciatic pain told me that she had stronger feeling when working on supine pigeon pose and bridge pose. She felt better after the class. They all looked happy after the class. The breathing and Om chanting part was good. However, maybe not everyone is familiar with the technique, they can be more relaxed with more practice.
