First class for me to observe master Yogananth teaching at the studio for pain relief. Compared to other groups (at QEH on Saturdays) this class of students looked more “familiar with the sequence” I.e. able to do more commonly practiced poses and needed less assistance etc. and they also looked “ stronger” and more comfortable practicing poses. Master Yogananth told me he knew the students and they had been regularly practicing for a while and this was quite obvious. Good class and students seemed to enjoy being at studio even though they had to travel far to get here. First class at studio so hope they continue to come regularly and more students attend.
