Very good. Hazel went through some breathing exercises at the beginning, warmed up with arm and shoulder and upper body stretches. Then did cat twisting and we assisted with each student to stretch them out and they commented it was very relaxing. One new student from BCF but she followed very well. Students very happy and appreciative we restarted their class. We took extra care with cleaning the mats and blocks at the start of class.
