Very good. Master Dhiraj started with simple warm-ups, walking, jogging, moving mindfully. A bit of confusion with one studio member coming in to observe and actually participated as we were not sure what to do as class had started. Cheryl explained it well now – we will ask them to leave and contact AYC admin. Cheryl also reminded volunteers to demo more instead of adjusting which we should remind everyone especially new volunteers to the group. Overall – great class – students very happy and Master Dhiraj gave them some gooseberries and roasted flax seed to try which they really enjoyed.
