Very good. I think the mindfulness at the beginning – to be clear on the intention of class for the students to come to help relieve pain and the reminder that the body will feel different each time was a good reminder to everyone. New poses were introduced too so the students liked the repetition and revision of some old poses yet learning new ones. Good to see some students consistently attending and progress is clear. A few new ones so need to encourage them to come back to keep up the practice if possible. Namaste.
