Practicing yoga for 11 years and atended 300 hrs Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Course and 200 hrs Yoga Theraphy training  with Anahatta Yoga, 200 hrs Hatha Yoga  teacher training and 100 hrs Yin Yoga teacher training
