As a retired athlete and dancer, I found yoga at a time that both my body and mind greatly benefitted from regular practice. I am driven by making positive change and I hope I may help others through sharing the practice of Yoga. I take inspiration from various lineages of Yoga; Andiappan, Ashtanga and Iyengar and want to share the benefits that I found in Yoga with others. My practice focuses on matching movement with breath, alignment, and awareness. Taking traditional approaches to Asana, Pranayama, Mudra and Bandha.
