Tracy is an athletic person who has participated in many kinds of sports e.g. running, water diving, tennis, table tennis, wakesurfing and swimming etc.  Until she joined the Anahata YTT 200 hours  in 2017, her yoga journey kick-started, and since then she has devoted her life in yoga practice.  Tracy found Yoga is not just a physical body training, but also helps her to release out the negativity, become more mindful and focus in the moment in life.   Yoga had cured Tracy\'s insomnia problem which had bothered her for many years since she started her yoga practice.   She had also finished her YTT Hatha Level 1 & 2 training in 2018 and she is now so ready to share with friends and people who looks forward to having a positive and happy life.
