Yoga is very magical, it calms you down but also enlighten you. My yoga journey started with a trail class with my friends, since then I have been dragged into it. Growing up and living in a megacity as Hong Kong and working as a flight attendant can be stressful with also the messy sleeping pattern. Yoga has brought me to that calm space that is inside of us, it helps me with my breathing, inner peace and comes back to a normal balance of my sleep pattern. While sitting on the mat with no obstacles, I could spend this energy to get to know our limit, our body, our mind, and our soul. I completed my 200 Hours YTT Certificate Course by International Yoga Academy in Hong Kong. Knowing the essence of being a yoga teacher, I will always be a thankful student to continue my practice and be able to share my experience with other in need, allow them to be happier, stronger and healthier than they arrive.
