Natalie began exploring yoga from general stretching. With regular asana practice, she discovered yoga is also about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. She completed the 200-hour teacher training with Anahata Yoga in 2022. Natalie loves to share with the others the joy and inner peace that yoga has brought to her. Besides yoga, Natalie is also enthusiastic in aerial silks art and hiking.
